As Community Manager, you will be responsible for the financial success of our residential multi-family property, while delivering quality, attentive management for our residents. Requirements + Minimum of 3 years experience in on-site property management with 2 years as a Community or Property Manager. + Must have computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. + Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication. + Superior customer service skills. + Effective mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is a plus!
