WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?You will help customers achieve homeownership, refinance, save on interest rates, and access home equity for debt consolidation or home improvements. Good salary plus commissionYour new Role:Provide expert mortgage advice to customers in LMI and minority communities.You’ll build business by connecting with community partners like realtors, financial services, nonprofits, government agencies, and local organizations. You’ll also lead financial education workshops and participate in community events to promote homeownership opportunities.Originate and close mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and meeting sales goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.Qualifications:Established community ties and experience in outreach and referral partnerships.High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual preferred depending on area.Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of CRA, Fair Lending, and community development.Ability to travel and engage with local partners.Bilingual – Spanish is a big plusDesired Qualifications:1+ years in mortgage origination, preferably with community-focused lending.Active Mortgage Originator with a current pipeline.S.A.F.E.
