Community Operations
Description We are offering a Remote, contract opportunity in a Community Operations Manager. This position will involve managing various marketing channels and campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting. The role will also require a keen understanding of customer behaviors and trends, and the ability to use data insights to enhance our campaign and audience strategies. Role Overview: As an integral member of the Community Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with Community, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Comms, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize existing marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for executing, QAing, and measuring a variety of marketing initiatives—some of which will involve testing and evaluating unconventional channels beyond traditional lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities: + Leverage internal tools to distribute messaging to diverse audience segments + Manage campaign flighting, triaging, and review processes + Conduct thorough QA for all campaigns before launch + Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align campaigns with strategic goals + Analyze campaign performance and share insights with key teams + Identify and document tooling enhancements to improve operational efficiency + Assist with copywriting, copyediting, and content collaboration across teams Requirements • Strong multi-channel marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration • Proficiency in leveraging data insights and analysis to enhance campaign and audience strategy • Proficiency in campaign planning, execution, and monitoring • Proven experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and partners • Understanding of scalability in the context of business operations • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience • Experience with email marketing and understanding of best practices • Proven experience in content strategy development and implementation Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
