We work in an environment where empowered, self-directed all-stars know what they do is important. • **INTEGRITY:** Our definition is “saying what you will do and then doing it!” We keep our promises to our customers and our employees. **Job Description:** + Work with the district office manager to implement Waste Connections technologies that will help improve customer experience and create efficiencies, when appropriate + Work with the district sales manager to develop marketing materials to promote services to drive sales and improve brand awareness + Examples: + Create marketing campaigns + Create marketing materials such as: + Ads for Sponsorships + Billing Inserts + Digitals Ads + Educational Materials for Municipalities + Email Blasts + Marketing Mailers + Welcome Packets + Coordinate external special events such open houses & ribbon cutting ceremonies + Coordinate internal events such as our company Bike Build + Photo / video shoot coordination when necessary + Handle website updates when necessary + Social Media Calendar & Content Creation + Be a community liaison – representing the company at sponsored events to build brand awareness & goodwill + Work with the district manager to coordinate community donations, the logistics of doing check presentations, and promoting through the appropriate marketing channels **Requirements:** + 2+ years of experience + Degree preferred + Self-starter with a passion for community work We offer excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long term disability, life insurance, 401K retirement, and relocation assistance.
