Dartmouth Health’sDepartment of Radiology is seeking aBoard Certified/Board Eligible multi-modality Radiologistto join our practice in the beautiful Upper Valleyregion of New Hampshire and Vermont. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the system’s central clinical hub and Academic Medical Center, is located immediately adjacent to bustling college town of Hanover, NH. Hanover is home to the world-renowned Dartmouth College and Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.Numerous opportunities for professional growth are available, including in clinical excellence and in numerous other areas, depending on the interest of the candidate.
Faculty at Dartmouth Health serve as Assistant, Associate, or full Professors at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Faculty have access to the academic and cultural resources of the health system, the College, and the School.
Position Summary:
You will be expected to have experience and a strong interest in multi-modality community-based imaging and image-guided procedures, with particular expertise in breast imaging. This is a full-time role that includes participation in general call duties. Key responsibilities include interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies, such as mammograms, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and X-rays. You will also be responsible for performing light interventional procedures, including joint injections, paracentesis/thoracentesis, and superficial biopsies. Timely and accurate reporting will be essential to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and engage in patient consultations to discuss imaging results and address concerns. Additionally, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing advancement of radiological practices within the community hospital.

The selected candidate will join Dartmouth Health’s 60 radiologists. Qualifications
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Diagnostic Radiology Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Demonstrated expertise in mammography and other imaging modalities.
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in both New Hampshire and Vermont
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
