Community Resource Representative -  COMMUNITY HEALTH, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA

Under the general direction of the Healthy Ages Program Manager, organizes, assists with the operations and activities of the Healthy Ages Program; provides education on Medicare and insurance options to groups and individuals; assists with Mall Walker administration, promotes Healthy Ages and Kadlec services to the community.

Shift: 0.125 FTE, Part-Time, Day shift

Required qualifications:

2 years Medicare and/or other insurance plans experience. Public speaking/teaching and development of class curriculum experience. Interactions with the public, health care professionals and community agencies. Coordination of events experience. Software applications (PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Publisher) experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Supplemental courses in social work or geriatric science.
