Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability Contact new or existing customers to discuss how our products and services can meet their needs Accurately complete paperwork, including interment verification Respond to inquiries about pre-need planning products and services Confirm and coordinate arrival times for current-day memorial services Schedule meetings with clients to review available services Explain preneed property, merchandise, and service options to families

Qualifications:

Strong integrity, empathy, and passion for helping others Desire to assist families while earning a competitive income Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality Valid driver’s license Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience
