**Overview** ***** This position is contingent upon contract award ***** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Community Services Supervisor to provide recreation and childcare services for a services contract in Doha, Qatar. **Essential Job Duties** + Operate recreation service facilities. + Develop and manage recreation programs. + Oversee childcare services provision. + Develop and manage fitness and lifestyle programs. + Ensure suitability of fitness and recreation facilities, materials, and supplies. + Prepare reports. **Minimum Requirements** + Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 5 years of experience may be substituted. + 5 years of experience providing recreation and fitness center services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer. + 2 years of supervisory experience. + Red Cross childcare certification or equivalent. + Proficient written and verbal communicator. + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. **Work Environment** + Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. + Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. + Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
