In this role, you’ll provide personalized mental health services, develop individualized treatment plans, and connect clients with local resources to ensure their long-term wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
· Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
· Utilize evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement Techniques, and Trauma-Informed Strategies, to empower clients and build resilience.
· Deliver behavioral interventions, such as cognitive processing, interpersonal dynamics, and skills based in CBT and DBT approaches.
· Coordinate care with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations.
· Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress, adhering to organizational policies.
· Facilitate psychoeducational and psychosocial rehabilitation group sessions in alignment with client treatment plan goals.
· Participate in staff development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in youth and adult mental health services.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including family members, teachers, counselors, and community partners.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study:
· Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Human Development, Child Development, Gerontology, Behavioral Science, Rehabilitation Counseling

· Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree from an approved institution

· Work experience in a related human services field may substitute for educational requirements. *Related fields may include direct support such as case management, residential support, developmentally disabled support, vocational rehabilitation, and more. Four years of qualifying experience minimum or a combination of education and experience equaling four years required.

· Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) - CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D
Additional Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.
· Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Reliable means of transportation to transport clients in a personal vehicle as needed.
· Ability to complete all required background checks, including criminal, driving, and abuse/neglect screenings.
· Must obtain and complete required professional development and DMH standards training.
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects, including the human body.
· Frequent repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writing.
· Jobs involve sitting most of the time but may include brief walking or standing.
