Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced knowledge of behavioral science principles to support clients in their home and community environmentProvide supportive educational approaches to promote improved functioning and encourage recoveryEstablish and manage a caseload, coordinating with supervisory staffParticipate in staffing of clients to identify problems and establish treatment goalsProvide rapid aid in cases of emotional crisisProvide comprehensive follow-up to clients, including missed appointments and conducting outreachServe as back up for Community Support Specialists when necessaryEngage in committee work, team meetings, and resource share sessionsProvide mentorship and guidance to assigned Community Support Specialist I

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other human services specialized field of studyOr, Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and two years of related work experienceOr, Any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experienceOr, Associate's of Applied Science in Behavioral Health SupportOr, Four years of qualifying experience delivering services to individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities

Additional Qualifications:

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicleMust have reliable means of transportation in order to transport clients in personal vehicleProof of valid and current auto insurance is requiredSuccessful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human bodySedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
