Compensation Analyst

Job Summary:
An exciting brand new role as a part of the Global HR Team and an opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment. This very important role will be working closely with the global HR team and our culture is important to us as it should be to you. 

Your responsibilities:

Support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs. Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements. Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.  Radford Experience or similar comp tool is needed May include administration of international programs. Participate and associate with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities via an HRIS system. Develops custom reports, quarterly analytics, and workforce planning reporting to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and business leaders. Maintains internal database files and tables. Inputs employee personal data into HRIS database and/or documents activities as required. Review, interpret and recommend policy, process or program improvements. Manage special projects. TECH COMPANY Experienced candidates will have highest priority Provide reports both to HR and Finance

Your competencies:

Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., experience with pivot tables, vlookups and charts). Radford or other similar tool required. Experience with Classification and leveling of jobs. Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good knowledge of Human Resource practices and compliance. Excellent oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources. Excellent Data manipulation skills. Sales compensation HIGHLY desired. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
5-7 years of Compensation with International experience
