This opportunity entails providing compensation analytical support by assisting in the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent application and accomplishment of Human Resources objectives. Assists in the development of special studies and recommendations on a variety of compensation projects, programs and policies.

What You’ll Do:

Participates in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace. Oversees salary survey database and integrity of associated market data.Leads the administrative processes related to the creation and on-going maintenance of job profiles, geographic differentials, and salary ranges, preparing supporting compensation materials as requested. Provides analysis to support updates during the review and implementation of processes. Audits employee data to ensure compliance with current compensation policies and practices, identifying and working with HR Partners to address any issues.Assists in annual market job pricing studies to validate and make recommendations for changes to existing structures, geographic pay differentials, new graduate rates etc.Conducts analysis of jobs descriptions, base salaries, to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance of pay practices.Researches current compensation market practices and make recommendations as needed. Researches and monitor FLSA compliance.Evaluates and analyzes compensation for specific employee groups and propose market adjustments when necessary.Assists in the planning, coordination, administration and reporting for the annual salary review program.Analyzes pay equity and compliance monitoring. Recommend adjustments and corrections where applicable to minimize exposure and liability. Processes intermediate to advance Workday transactions for employee changes, auditing and communicating with HR partners as needed.Depending on project size and complexity, leads projects or assists Compensation Manager on special compensation-related projects.Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related area and 3 years Compensation/HR analytical related experience, orIn lieu of education, 7 years compensation/HR analytical related experience

What You’ll Bring:

Analytical and reporting abilityDetail orientedExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated customer service skillsPC proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

What We Prefer:

3 years' experience administering compensation programs including managing jobs, market pricing, salary structure, and compensation analysis.
