Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Compensation Analyst role available in North Bergen, NJ! The analyst will evaluate and analyze compensation elements of our total rewards package to ensure we provide a competitive and equitable program and will also assist in developing and implementing compensation programs that are fair, competitive, and align with the company’s business goals. This is a hybrid position.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Evaluate jobs to determine classification and appropriate salary range using relevant market survey data while considering internal equity.Review and recommend salary placements for new hires, promotions, and market adjustments in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with guidance and approval from the Director, Compensation.Participate in salary surveys and analyze data from survey sources to determine internal and external competitiveness.Assist with year-end compensation processes, including merit and incentives, data audits, communications, and processing.Assist with variable pay design, analysis, payment calculation, and budget modeling.Assist with executive compensation projects such as administering long-term incentive plans and equity management tools. QualificationsYou have:
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience supporting compensation efforts with knowledge of compensation principles, programs, and practices.Extensive knowledge of quantitative, qualitative, and research methods.Strong technical knowledge of Excel is required, including the ability to develop spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups.Ability to handle sensitive HR information with high confidentiality and discretion.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.The ability to work in our North Bergen, NJ office when required.
