About the role

The Compensation Analyst is a member of the corporate Total Rewards team is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s goals. They will assist with market surveys, salary structure development and maintenance, and the salary planning process. The Compensation Analyst will support development and communication of compensation policies, processes, and programs.

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days from home)

This role will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, and providing strategic insights to support salary decisions; works closely with human resources partners and management teams to ensure compensation practices comply with regulatory requirements and support employee attraction and retention; performs salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and maintains compensation data integrity.

What you will do:

Research and analyze data to determine market trends, salary competitiveness and areas for improvements.Provide guidance to human resources partners, managers, and executives on compensation-related issues, including job evaluations, salary recommendations and pay equity.Assists in the execution of the annual salary planning process (salary increase/bonuses). Serves as technical project lead for merit and bonus review process and provides support to HR as needed.Assess and analyze programs, making recommendations to ensure effectiveness and execution in a timely manner.Analyze compensation-related transactions to ensure compliance with compensation program.Participate in third party salary survey submission process and benchmarking studies.Monitor and maintain compensation-related data integrity via HCM (Workday) platform.Assist with the development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs.  Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.Assist with Executive Compensation such as participant eligibility, reporting, and program communication.Assist with the management of an equity incentive plan including managing employee documentation, employee communication and education. Acting as a point of contact for participants.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years of Compensation or related experienceWork toward Certified Compensation Professional strongly desired.Advances Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Detail oriented.Strong people skillsAbility to manage confidential, sensitive information.Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent technical understanding: Workday knowledge preferred.
