Compensation Analyst
Overview The Compensation Analyst will assist in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's compensation programs. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, designing and evaluating compensation structures, and providing valuable insights to help attract, retain, and motivate our team members. You will collaborate with HR, finance, Operations and management to ensure our compensation strategies support employee engagement and retention. Overview of Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to evaluate the competitiveness of our pay structures. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Assist in the implementation of job architecture framework. Analyze job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate pay levels. Prepare and present compensation reports and recommendations to senior management. Perform salary administration tasks including, but not limited to, market pricings, merit processing, minimum wage tracking and auditing, and maintaining pay structure tools and resources. Calculate & manage weekly, quarterly, and annual bonus plans Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation. Collaborate with HR teams to support salary planning and budget processes. Conduct pay equity analyses and recommend adjustments as necessary. Maintain compensation databases and ensure data integrity. Support recognition programs and store contests through data collection, analysis, and processing of awards. Participate in collecting company data for annual and ad-hoc compensation survey submissions. Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related inquiries. Research team member questions regarding pay increases, bonus payments, and other compensation issues, providing responses through ticket system or shared email box. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation. #LI-LR1 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in compensation analysis or a related field. A combination of education, training and relevant work experience may be substituted upon hiring manager’s approval Proficient in data analysis and compensation software (e.g. HRIS systems, WorkDay) Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Highly preferred: Certification in compensation (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP). Experience with job evaluation methodologies and salary benchmarking. Familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools.
