Duties include: * The Compensation Analyst will calculate and process commissions * Develop and maintain spreadsheets; Import data files using Excel * Perform monthly commission calculations * Respond to daily inquiries from field staff and HR regarding compensation * Analyze compensation ranges for various positions * The Compensation Analyst will conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation * Manage compensation requests, including promotions and end-of-year merit increases
