Location: SEGA HQ Brentford, Hybrid working (3-days per week in-office) Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst is a newly created role that will play a key part in supporting the Senior Manager, Group Total Reward in embedding the reward function within SEGA and its studios. You’ll directly influence the development of our reward strategies by providing data-driven insights and analysis, ensuring we remain competitive and equitable. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular benchmarking exercises for new hires, job changes and the annual
salary review processParticipate in annual compensation surveys, ensuring accuracy in job and level
matchesReview, analyse and report on internal and external compensation data to inform
the business of market changes and trendsConduct regular reviews of the SEGA salary ranges to ensure alignment with market
dataSupport with the ongoing development of the newly introduced SEGA Job
Architecture/levelling framework, such as building out job descriptions and
competency frameworksCollaborate with the HR Business Partnering teams to ensure accurate job
categorisation and salary positioning of our employeesAnalyse internal salary data to ensure internal equity and compliance with equal paySupport in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processesMaintain compensation data within the HRIS (Workday), including upkeep of data
such as salary ranges and job profiles, as well as performing audits and data integrity
checks to ensure accuracy in reportingAssist in the implementation and compliance with upcoming EU Pay Transparency
directivesContribute to the preparation and delivery of reports, including Gender Pay Gap
reporting, to ensure regulatory compliance and provide valuable management
insightsSupport with ad-hoc projectsWork alongside the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator in delivering employee benefits Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Essential Proven experience in a reward roleStrong numerical and analytical skillsStrong communicatorStrong attention to detailProcess drivenProficient in Microsoft Excel Desirable Knowledge of the gaming industryPrevious experience working with Workday HRIS and the Advanced Compensation
module or similarPrevious experience working with the Croner and Radford-McLagan compensation
