Compensation Analyst

Job Responsibilities

 

Collaborates with HR team members and hiring managers in the evaluation of existing jobs and new job requests. Ensures job descriptions reflect the duties and qualifications of a job and provides guidance on job titles, pay ranges, and FLSA compliance. Conducts internal audits to ensure the cohesiveness of job titles, pay ranges, and FLSA compliance. Conducts market analysis and benchmarking using market data to verify internal equity and external competitiveness. Partners with global HR personnel to ensure global job alignment. Assists in the completion of annual salary surveys, special ad hoc requests, and projects. Acts as a liaison with management, hiring managers and outside consultants. Maintains job postings and ensures compensation information is accurate in the HRIS database. Assists in the administration of various programs such as Service Awards, the annual 25 Year Club Get-Together, and Talent Development Discussions (TDD)

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Less than two years related experience Associate degree (Business Administration, Human Resources)

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

High attention to detail and accuracy.  Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), job descriptions, market pricing, and salary range knowledge. Effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills. A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred. Ability to work independently and within a team.
