Our client, a financial investment adviser company, located in Greater Boston, is seeking a temporary Compensation Analyst. This role is temporary for the next 3 months with the potential to extend and will be from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This position offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite and is compensating $21 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Transfer, update, and verify data between various software and database systemsVerify advisor and payout data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering dataPerform possible testing of data enteredEnter revenue and billing adjustments as assignedPerforming special projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook); adept at quickly learning other Windows-based softwareAccuracy and attention to detailEffective written and oral communication skillsIntegrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacyCollege degree or equivalent professional experience Prior experience working in financial services or with financial advisors a plus
