Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Waltham (3 days a week)

Overview:
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst for a 3+ month contract role with the possibility of extension. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment and gain experience in the financial services industry. The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week onsite in Waltham.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and verify data across various software and systems.Review and correct advisor payout and revenue data.Perform data testing and adjustments as needed.Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
