This role is critical in partnering with business leaders to evaluate salary ranges, refine job descriptions, and assess incumbent placements through thorough market analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and influential approach, fostering balance and structure within the organization while driving data-informed decisions. Pay Range: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 Annually in base pay. Post training, this individual will be able to work remote for one day a week (subject to change based on business needs). Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Collect data and conduct detailed analyses to effectively support and monitor the company's compensation programs and initiatives. Actively participate in, conduct, and review salary surveys to ensure compensation structure remains competitive and aligned with market trends. Collaborate with HR business partners, HRIS teams, and business leaders on compensation strategy and job architecture, while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
