**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing KEDPLASMA’S compensation program including analyzing employee compensation packages, developing salary structures, and creating budget reports. Also responsible for reviewing, evaluating and updating job descriptions, as needed or directed by the business, to ensure job duties identified accurately reflect the duties performed and requirements of each role. Additionally, works closely with the Human Resources, Global CoE, and Finance team(s) to ensure all compensation plans are fair, competitive, and in compliance with budgetary and legal requirements.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Core
+ Develops and designs a compensation strategy.
+ Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization, ensuring job descriptions accurately reflect the work performed by incumbents, as directed by the business.
+ Interviews and surveys employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.
+ Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.
+ Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
+ Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales by job and job groups.
+ Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
+ Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet(s) and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
+ Evaluates and implements job analysis instruments and materials as needed.
+ Conducts data and cost analysis.
+ Advises management on applicable state and federal employment and compensation regulations, benefits, and human resource local policies.
+ Works closely with HR and finance departments to understand the impact of compensation decisions.
+ Prepares reports summarizing compensation data and analysis results.
+ Presents compensation recommendations to management using data, charts and/or graphs to support recommendations.
+ Ensures compensation practices comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
+ Reviews and recommend revisions to compensation policies and procedures as necessary.
+ Works closely with Global CoE and Finance Departments regarding headcount, FTEs, and budget analysis including budget preparations, 5+7 Forecasting, etc.

+ Center management, employees, auditors, inspectors, vendors, corporate staff, and visitors.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Education, Qualifications & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
+ CCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
+ One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst including data analysis and job evaluation required.
+ Previous compensation experience with multi-site and multi-state organization required.
+ Prior experience in establishing compensation structures, policies, and practices preferred.
+ Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and research skills required.
+ Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods preferred.
+ Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office® Suite or similar software preferred.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Use of fingers to type and / or enter numbers on keyboards, keypads, etc. along with grabbing object(s). Additionally includes, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time.
**Working Conditions**
+ Primarily inside with well-lighted and well-ventilated areas.
**Travel**
+ Travel as needed up to 10% of working time to plasma collection centers and other KEDPLASMA / Kedrion locations, which includes overnight travel.
