What You’ll Do:
As a Compensation Analyst you will:
Lead the development, implementation, and management of base pay, long- and short-term incentives, and other compensation programs. Evaluate jobs and develop standardized job descriptions, career pathing, and pay structures. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures. Provide data-driven insights for benchmarking, pay equity, and trends analysis. Develop and communicate compensation budgets and provide guidance on pay decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay updated on compensation-related regulations. Collaborate with leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals. What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience managing compensation programs, designing salary structures, and implementing incentive plans. Strong understanding of US federal, state, and local compensation laws (Canadian expertise preferred). Advanced skills in job evaluation, market analysis, and job description development. Experience with compensation programs, survey data, and job architecture. Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and advise on strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint).
