About the Role
The Compensation Analyst will provide compensation services and consulting support to assigned client groups. The role will also be the primary contact and responsible party for the monthly and quarterly store bonus calculation process and assist in administration of the company stock plan, with support from Sr Manager Executive Compensation.
This role is onsite Monday-Thurs at our office in The Colony, TX.
Responsibilities:
Monthly & Quarterly Store Bonus Programs: Calculate and administer monthly and quarterly store bonus payouts and prepare store bonus accruals in support of the month-end close process. Stock Plan Administration: Prepare stock administration transactions such as restricted stock releases, dividend equivalent payouts and award issuance for review by Sr Manager Executive Compensation. Assist with month-end close related audits, checks and reporting. Assist in preparation of stock plan related forms 3, 4 and 5 for filing with the SEC. Compensation Team Initiatives: assist in salary survey participation, provide support with annual compensation cycle (merit cycle) and other ad-hoc projects. Assist in the development and administration of various incentive and other compensation programs, including long-term incentives and Board of Director compensation. Provide compensation services and consulting support to assigned client groups: prepare ad-hoc market price-outs, review requests for new or revised jobs and determine appropriate salary grade assignments. Maintain company relationships with various outside vendors and service providers. Complete special projects and perform general analysis on an ad hoc basis. Perform other duties as assigned.
Criteria
Bachelor's degree in business related field, or equivalent, plus 3-5 years general compensation experience including familiarity with statutory requirements governing compensation administration. Strong interest in expanding knowledge and skillset to cover broad based compensation, executive compensation and stock administration. Solid computer skills including advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of HRIS systems, word processing and database applications.
Technical Competencies required (technical Skills):
Oracle Cloud experience preferred Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
