Compensation Analyst

Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** The Compensation Analyst leverages strong analytical skills and Workday expertise to support the design, administration, and optimization of compensation programs. This role assists in evaluating job structures, conducting salary benchmarking, and supporting market competitiveness through data analysis and reporting. The analyst will collaborate with others to support compensation processes, optimize system functionality within Workday, and assist with data analysis and modeling to inform compensation strategies. Additional responsibilities include assessing premium pay programs, supporting annual compensation planning, and contributing to the development and implementation of equitable and strategic compensation practices in a dynamic and growing organization. **What you will do** + Under the guidance of senior team members, provides comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of employee compensation programs, job evaluations, salary recommendations, and other department projects and initiatives. + Participates in salary surveys. Reviews results of salary surveys, evaluates market and economic trends, compiles, analyzes and interprets data to recommend salary ranges, adjustments and hiring rates for salary structures and individual rates. + Evaluate requests for existing, new, or modified jobs by completing thorough job evaluations. Reviews job duties, qualifications, and licensure requirements and performs comparative analyses of positions to assess the level and complexity of the position and for placement at the appropriate salary/pay level. + Support the annual compensation planning process with data preparation, testing, analysis and reporting in Workday. + Analyzes premium pay programs such as bonuses, shift differentials, on-call pay or special pay plans for appropriateness, equity, and market competitiveness. + Completes analytics/modeling around various compensation topics including but not limited to budgets, internal equity, compression, and merger and acquisitions due diligence and integration activities. + Consolidate and analyze data sets to diagnose and identify opportunities, model alternatives and inform compensation decisions. + Collaborate with HRIS team to configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including base pay, merit, bonuses, allowances and other compensation-related components. + Support the design and implementation of compensation plans and structures (e.g., pay ranges, step tables, bonus plans, incentive pay). + Work closely with the HR Insights team to develop/enhance reports, dashboards, and communications in Workday. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
