Description We are offering an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst in the Manufacturing industry, based in Watsonville, California. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and providing data insights to support compensation-related activities. You will also be tasked with generating mandatory reports, coordinating global salary surveys, and ensuring our compensation programs remain competitive.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth job analysis and maintaining the job leveling framework.
• Generating mandatory reports such as the California Pay Data Report and collaborating on EU Equal Pay and Transparency Directives.
• Coordinating global salary surveys including survey submissions, job matching, and analysis.
• Maintaining and optimizing the online compensation platform to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs.
• Leading and executing U.S. Seasonal Wage Planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Calculating and ensuring the Return to Work Bonus is paid on time, providing statements and 401k forms.
• Collaborating in review and update of global salary structures, benchmarking, job mapping, and other activities for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Supporting and collaborating on the Annual Compensation Review processes including budgeting, HRIS configuration and optimization, and communications.
• Acting as a designated compensation partner for seasonal employees in the United States, providing detailed analyses, and consulting with managers on pay decisions.
• Updating and delivering educational and communication materials related to compensation to support global understanding. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, a critical requirement for managing financial aspects of compensation.
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, used to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) for efficient HR operations.
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System, necessary for accurate tracking and calculation of employee time and attendance.
• Familiarity with Lawon ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, used for integrated management of main business processes.
• Strong auditing skills, crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the compensation programs.
• Proficiency in benefit functions, including the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits.
• Experience with bonus programs, including designing, administering, and managing such programs.
• Understanding of budget processes, necessary for planning and managing the compensation budget.
• Knowledge of commission functions, including the design and administration of sales and other commission programs.
