Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking a Compensation Analyst - Human Resources to join our team!
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing analytics and recommendations on compensation practices for Aspirus Health. This individual administers the Aspirus compensation programs to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and in alignment with the Total Rewards strategy of Aspirus.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.00 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge or education normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or human resources.Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources with emphasis on compensation program analysis and administration.Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour, FLSA and applicable laws governing compensation required.Experience with complex pay delivery systems preferred.Critical thinking, verbal, written and public speaking competence.Microsoft Office Suite competence.Analytical and problem solving, collaboration skills.Ability to adapt readily to a changing healthcare environmentAbility to maintain organizational confidentialityOccasional travel.PHR/SPHR or equal preferred.
