Overview Reporting to the Incentive Compensation Manager, the Compensation Analyst Senior will be responsible for assisting in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing human capital data and compensation information to make people-related decisions. This role will assist in the development, consultation, and implementation of compensation programs and tools to assist in our ability to attract, retain, motivate and develop our employees. How you'll make an impact Designs and assists in the implementation of incentive compensation programs Performs complex analysis to ensure efficacy and appropriateness of incentive compensation programs. Creates tools to better handle variable compensation projects Educates HR Managers/Business Leaders/Finance on use of compensation data and launch of new compensation programs, utilizing webinars and presentations Support complex compensation projects that involve high analytical skills Conducts a range of research, reporting and analysis to support compensation initiatives Partners with the Incentive Compensation Manager to develop action plans and to create communication plans for the launch of new compensation processes Documents variable compensation processes to ensure compliance with best practices and appropriateness to market Identifies ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of recurring processes Coordinate inventory of variable compensation plan templates Completes ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to compensation initiatives May assist in the development and distribution of training, presentation, and other materials for variable compensation program rollouts Provides support for additional projects as assigned About You Required: Bachelor degree required. Minimum of 4 years HR experience in an analytical role required. Must possess advanced technical skills in Excel, including ability to model expected results.
