Position Details:
Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)Status: Full Time (Exempt)Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)Days: Monday – FridayThe Compensation Analyst Sr responsibilities include:
Analyze and administer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and supporting compensation programs while adhering to the BayCare Compensation philosophy. Acts as a compensation consultant for all levels of leadership. Provides appropriate training for team members as required. Identify areas of improvement and works with manager to implement changes. Develop a variety of materials for purposes of communicating philosophy and processes associated with departmental functions. Evaluate jobs using established process, determine pay grade, exemption status, and maintain records on the validity and final results of evaluation. Maintain and participate in compensation surveys conducted by other organizations. Assist in the development of BayCare compensation philosophy, policies, and practices. Work closely with Team Resources Directors and Managers to ensure accurate market competitive compensation for all BayCare Team Members. Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business; Human Resources; OR Related FieldRequired Experience:
5 years of Compensation; Preferred Experience: 2 years in Related FieldPreferred Credential:
