Identify areas of improvement and works with manager to implement changes. + Develop a variety of materials for purposes of communicating philosophy and processes associated with departmental functions. + Evaluate jobs using established process, determine pay grade, exemption status, and maintain records on the validity and final results of evaluation. + Maintain and participate in compensation surveys conducted by other organizations. + Assist in the development of BayCare compensation philosophy, policies, and practices. + Work closely with Team Resources Directors and Managers to ensure accurate market competitive compensation for all BayCare Team Members. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** **Required Education:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business; Human Resources; OR Related Field **Required Experience:** + 5 years of Compensation; Preferred Experience: 2 years in Related Field **Preferred Credential:** + Completion of CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Certificate.
