Compensation and Benefit Analyst + Apply Now + Start applying with LinkedIn + **Please wait...** Job Description **What is the job about?** Collaborate with Leaders, Country HR Leads, and HR Business Partners to execute job evaluations and administer end-to-end global processes for compensation activities under the guidance of regional Senior Compensation Specialist and/or Global Process Owners. Conduct ad hoc, and project based, benefits analyses to ensure benefits offerings are market competitive in collaboration with Global Reward Director and Global Benefits Manager. **Your main responsibilities** : + General Compensation Support: Provide support through Service Now for compensation-related inquiries and issues under the guidance of Regional Senior Compensation Specialist. + Mercer Data Submissions: Manage and submit compensation and benefits data to Mercer in accordance with the global contract. + Merit and Incentive Process Support: Assist in the annual merit increase and incentive payment process, ensuring accurate and timely execution. + Benefits Benchmarking: Conduct benefits benchmarking studies to ensure competitive benefits offerings. + Ad Hoc Project Support: Participate in various compensation and benefits projects at both regional and global levels, providing analytical and administrative support. + Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyse compensation and benefits data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making. + Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations and determine appropriate pay grades utilizing Mercer’s IPE methodology. + Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide guidance on compensation requests. + Training and Communication: Deliver training sessions and communicate compensation programs and initiatives to HR and line management. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources or similar.) + 2-5 years relevant experience, preferably in compensation + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Fluency in English + Knowledge of any European language preferably + Understanding of Compensation/Benefit/HR processes + Collaborative attitude + Execution mindset + Strong analytical skills – ability to both crunch the numbers and derive a clear meaning out of them + Strong in stakeholder management **What’s in it for you?** **What are your goals?
