Compensation and Benefit Manager

Your main tasks will be:

 

Act as the expert on country / industry / local market rewards practices, understanding trends, competitor positioning & benchmarks Develop and implement reward strategy, Comp&Ben schemes and respective policies   Manage payroll, social insurance services Lead the annual personal expenses and resource planning Manage HR controlling and prepare reports and analysis to support data driven business decisions Manage and execute local aspects of international mobility schemes  Support HR Business partners in HR procedures, e.g. performance management, hires, promotions Manage and control HR information systems (i.e. CIL database, HR Dashboard, monthly review) Actively participate in local, regional or global projects

 

Requirements:
 

University/college degree in HR/Economics 7+ years of experience in multinational working environment, with strong focus on compensation/payroll/HR controlling Proficiency in English Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communicational skills Nexon, PowerBI and knowledge of the Hungarian taxation is advantage
