Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will assist in managing and administering the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry standards. You will work closely with HR teams, finance, and leadership to help attract, retain, and motivate employees through competitive and comprehensive compensation packages. Key Responsibilities
+ Administer and coordinate employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, and other employee rewards.
+ Ensure the accurate and timely processing of compensation data and benefits enrollment, updates, and changes.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, recommending adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
+ Assist with salary benchmarking, ensuring that pay structures are aligned with market trends and internal equity.
+ Support the annual compensation review and benefits open enrollment processes, including communication to employees.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies, providing excellent customer service.
+ Maintain records and reports related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
+ Assist in the development and execution of compensation and benefits-related communications and training for employees.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related HR role.
+ Familiarity with federal and state compensation and benefits regulations, such as FLSA, ACA, ERISA.
+ 1-2 years of Salesforce experience
+ Intermediate level Excel
