Our client, a distinguished non-profit organization is seeking a driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing compensation strategies, conducting salary surveys, designing and managing benefits programs, and analyzing compensation data, while also maintaining compliance with regulations and preparing reports on compensation and benefits metrics. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or relevant field; advanced degree or certification, preferred. 5+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits management preferredDemonstrated experience working with benefits programs, such as health & welfare, retirement, other voluntary benefits, and leave of absence, preferred. Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, and procedures, required. Strong understanding of HRIS systems and compensation management tools, required.
The salary range for this role is $110k-$120k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
