Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are looking for an International Compensation & Benefits Lead to (remote) support our people department in Breda (NL).

You will manage operational issues and enquiries as well as strategic compensation and benefits projects for the entire EMEA / APAC region. We require assistance of a Compensation and Benefits lead with experience in global mobility, who knows how to get up and running fast.

You will have an operational focus, but we expect you to be a self-starter who presents us ideas in how to improve various C&B and mobility aspects and how to align with the organization, supporting departments and policies and is willing to take the lead during implementation. You will cooperate closely with the Global Compensation and benefits team as well as with the People Business Partners, to provide services and solutions to management.

Day to day tasks also include:

Conduct analysis of existing benefits programs with also focus on administrative processes; market competitiveness; internal equity and recommend improvements as necessary Align initiatives with global medium- and long-term compensation strategy in the international region to ensure we remain competitive in the labor market Liaise with external vendors and internal partners on global compensation issues and processes in the region Partnering with Global Total Rewards team to develop communication strategies for global teams on explaining and promoting benefit programs

Experience working in an international environment Experience with compensation, benefits (group, health insurance and retirement plans), global mobility enquiries/projects on both operational and tactical Professional level English
