If you have a passion for HR and a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to contribute to a global leader in the aviation industry. **Location:** Grand Prairie, TX (DFW Metro) **Hourly Rate of Pay Range:** $25/hr - $35/hr **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** In this **Compensation & Benefits Specialist** role, your key responsibilities will include: **Benefits Administration (45%)** + Assist in administering health and welfare benefits, ensuring compliance with all regulations. + Manage day-to-day operations of retirement plans, ensuring proper company match and discretionary contributions. + Oversee COBRA administration and vendor/payment processes. + Provide technical support and updates via ADP for QLEs (Qualifying Life Events) and other Benefit-related communications. **Compensation Administration (45%)** + Support the job evaluation process, review and approve job descriptions, and set job specifications, salary grades, and classifications. + Assist in evaluating salary adjustments, promotions, and compensation analysis for job offers. **Leave Management (10%)** + Partner with Leave Administrators to support the leave management program. **Additional Duties** + Provide support for other HR functions as needed. **What You Bring to the Table** **Required Qualifications:** + **High school diploma or equivalent** . + **4+ years of HR experience** , with at least **2 years focused on benefits and/or compensation** . + Strong knowledge of HR functions, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** , especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience administering Compensation & Benefits for a **US Government Contractor** . + Familiarity with **HAY/Mercer** for job evaluations. + Certifications such as **PHR** , **CEBS** , **SHRM-CP** , or **CBP** . + Experience with **Defined Benefit retirement plans** . + Experience with **ADP Workforce Now** . **Ready to Take Flight with Us?
