Description We are in search of a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and requires a detail oriented individual adept at coordinating benefits, supporting employee relations, maintaining HRIS data, and facilitating communication between groups. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs • Support employee relations initiatives and address inquiries • Enter and update relevant data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) • Process requests and directives from senior HR leaders • Facilitate effective communication between different groups within the organization • Administer claims and Cobra processes • Leverage CRM tools for efficient task management • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance • Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now • Develop and implement strategies to enhance benefit functions.
