Description We are offering a remote contract employment opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with FT Williams experience (required). This role is situated in the professional service industry and primarily encompasses the administration and compliance of various benefits programs. The successful candidate will be tasked with completing compliance reporting of 401k and 403B plans, as well as the processing and administration of Form 5500. Responsibilities: • Administer and monitor 401k - RRSP Administration and 403B Plans • Ensure Benefits Administration is conducted efficiently and accurately • Regularly review and assess compliance of benefits programs • Maintain and manage customer credit records and applications • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to benefits administration • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Process Form 5500 as part of benefits administration duties. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the service industry, specifically in the role of a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. • Must have experience with FT Williams. • Proficient in managing 401k - RRSP Administration. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in handling 403B Plans. • Skilled in preparing and maintaining Form 5500. • Proven ability in Benefits Administration. • Capable of assessing compliance to ensure all practices align with legal requirements and company policies.
