Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in La Quinta, California. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will focus on the evaluation and analysis of pay structures, ensuring equity and compliance across our organization.
Responsibilities
• Conduct benchmarking studies to gauge our pay structures against industry standards and recommend data-driven adjustments.
• Evaluate pay equity across various roles and demographics, identifying any disparities and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Develop strategies to address any identified pay inequities, fostering a transparent and fair compensation framework.
• Maintain and update compensation databases to guarantee accurate analysis and reporting.
• Support HR leadership and department managers in making informed compensation decisions and conducting salary band reviews.
• Ensure that our salary practices comply with labor laws, regulatory standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Generate detailed reports on pay equity audits and salary structures to aid leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to align compensation practices with business objectives.
• Work alongside the talent acquisition team to suggest competitive salary offers for new hires. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist
• Demonstrated expertise in auditing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Proficiency in managing benefit functions, including administration and enrollment processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with all levels of the organization
• Experience in developing and maintaining salary structures to ensure competitive positioning
• Familiarity with conducting salary surveys and utilizing the data to inform compensation strategies TalentMatch®
