In 2024, we were awarded HR Department of the Year and Excellence in Wellness for a large HR department. **About the Compensation Team** We are looking to add a Compensation Business Partner to support our strategic priorities and initiatives. We are excited to have another member join our team to assess, design, and implement competitive compensation programs that successfully attract, retain, and motivate nearly 10,000 associates. **Position Overview** Reporting to our Compensation Director, you will work collaboratively as a compensation business partner, working with business and/or function HR Business Partners and leaders for assigned client groups to deliver competitive and analytically driven compensation programs aligned with our compensation philosophy and values. You will consult HR Business Partners and leaders to drive data-backed compensation decision-making. As a compensation team member, you will share your past experiences to develop and/or revise compensation policies and practices for annual salary, short and long-term incentives, retention, and recognition programs. **What you will achieve:** + Provide expert consultation to assigned client groups on our compensation philosophy and practices. + Build relationships and partner with HR Business Partners and recruiters to help address compensation questions; provide insights and data to support compensation decisions aligned with business needs and our compensation philosophy. + Conduct benchmarking evaluations; collect and analyze salary information to ensure ranges and programs are market competitive. + Assist in the administration of the annual compensation review cycle. + Support design, change management, and communication efforts associated with all our compensation programs, policies, and practices. + Ensure that compensation programs and policies comply with all relevant state and federal laws and align with our compensation philosophy and practices. **Qualifications and Requirements** + Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required + At least 2-5 years experience in compensation, in either a corporate or consulting setting, specifically: + Experience conducting competitive market analysis, job matching, market pricing, and forecasting. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of developing and delivering clear compensation insights and recommendations to stakeholders. + Experience with designing and implementing short-term incentive plans in accordance with the company’s compensation philosophy, guidelines, and/or policies. + Track record of successfully leading enterprise compensation projects by partnering with stakeholders. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Completion or progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) desired. + Experience with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, CompAnalyst, or similar tools. + Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel and an understanding of relational databases. **NOTE:** AmeriHealth Caritas utilizes a hybrid work environment with associates working from home two days a week and in the office three days a week.
