We’re seeking a Compensation Partner Specialist to be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and administration of a wide range of compensation programs in support of Worldpay business strategies. Provide analysis on base salary, short and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, job evaluation and job pricing.
About the team:
The Global Total Rewards team is responsible for defining and implementing a global total rewards strategy for the new Worldpay. This position will be a subject matter expert and compensation consultant working closely with the People & Culture team and business leaders.
What you will be doing:
Lead the implementation and delivery of various Compensation and HR projects including the annual compensation review process performance management, monthly reporting, etc.Drive the implementation and administration of compensation and incentive programs across the organization.Participates in salary surveys to maintain current competitive data, summarizing analysis results.Assists in managing job documentation related databases and tables for job codes and job descriptions including the preparation and analysis of reports to ensure equity and competitiveness of all jobs.Creates job descriptions and maintains job description database.Provide proactive consultation to People and Culture team and business leaders in matters related to Worldpay’s compensation strategyResearches, collects and analyzes data to determine appropriate grade level and title for proposed new jobs and re-evaluations of current jobs.Assists in market analyses to identify competitive practices and trends in specific geographic areas where Worldpay has significant presence.May provide support to HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team in compilation, analysis and delivery of reports.May provide support to other HR staff in data generation and report compilation as needed.What you bring:
Basic knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding compensation practicesBasic knowledge of HR policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practicesBasic knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday Human Capital ManagementSolid Excel skills required; prefer the ability to perform V-lookups, create pivot tables and databases, formulate cells within spreadsheets, etc.Ability to effectively use software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office, Access, and VisioExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detail, analytical/reasoning, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to draw accurate conclusions from raw dataAbility to interface with all levels of employeesAbility to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environmentProblem-solving abilitiesAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public.Added bonus if you have:
