Compensation Consultant

Kforce has a large enterprise, healthcare client looking for a Compensation Consultant. The position is fully remote but candidates local to CA are preferred.
Responsibilities:
* The Compensation Consultant administers and develops compensation policies and programs by researching, analyzing, and evaluating compensation issues, programs, and practices
* Manages compensation analysis plans by coordinating resources and tracking project schedules
* Performs market pricing and analysis by auditing survey data, analyzing competitive salary information, and assessing labor market trends
* Leads salary planning activities by recommending adjustments, resolving problems, and advising on compensation plans
* Consults with business partners to evaluate job content and responsibilities and make reclassification recommendations
* Manages compensation projects by developing and coordinating project plans and schedules.
* Supports HR compensation strategies by researching challenges, providing recommendations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Reviews and recommends incentive and recognition programs by analyzing reports and conducting evaluations
* The Compensation Consultant ensures alignment with strategic business and HR imperatives by evaluating programs, policies, and practices
* Supports team collaboration and adapts to change by responding to feedback and learning from challenges
