We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Compensation Manager in the financial services industry, located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. This role involves researching and analyzing benefits and salaries for employees, creating and maintaining a competitive pay structure, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and researching employee benefits and salaries within the industry
• Collaborating with company stakeholders to design and manage the pay structure
• Ensuring the pay structure complies with all state and federal regulations
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and salary trends
• Using employee data and industry trends to create a competitive salary structure
• Attracting employees with experience in the field through a fair and competitive salary structure
• Managing the company's budget processes and bonus program
• Overseeing claim administration and commission functions
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the financial services industry
• Experience with Banner Ads
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Excellent communication skills
