As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SNC’s compensation programs, policies, and processes that align with the company's business strategy, objectives, and budgetArea of oversight includes base pay administration and refinement, bonus, executive compensation, rewards & recognition, severance and more (Complete compensation oversight)Suggest, pitch, and set labor budgets (Merit, Promotion, Market, Retention, Equity, etc.), must have strong financial acumenManage compensation lifecycle processes, such as Merit, Total Reward Statements, etcAnalyze internal and external market data to ensure the company's compensation plan is competitive and aligned with industry standardsCollaborate with HR partners and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support employee retention, engagement, and performanceDevelop and maintain compensation-related communication materials and training programs for HR partners, managers, and employeesEnsure that the company's compensation programs are fair, equitable and legally compliantConduct regular audits and analysis of compensation practices to identify opportunities for improvementProvide guidance and expertise to HR partners and business leaders on compensation-related mattersCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure that compensation data is accurate and up to dateParticipate in special projects as neededMust Have:
Bachelor's degree in related field8+ years of direct compensation experience, in progressing roles, preferably in the aerospace & defense industry4+ years of compensation management, leading peopleExperience with job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structure maintenance and designDemonstrated experience in executive compensation, including implementation and maintenance of one or more programsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. Must have expert-level Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to influenceHighly motivated, embraces change and has a desire to develop programs from the ground upAbility to work independently and as part of a team, mentor & develop teamStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsPreferred:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) CertificationExperience using WorkdayService Contract Act (SCA) knowledge and applicationEstimated Starting Salary: $126,031.74 - $173,293.65
