Compensation Partner, Assistant Vice President

Key responsibilities:

Running compensation analysis and reports on regular basis and ad hoc support to EMEA Compensation Team and Global Compensation TeamAdvising assigned clients on compensation topicsSupport the Identified Staff (Material Risk Taker) workflows in the context of European Banking Authority (EBA) requirements including: acting as subject matter expert on criteria, managing the lists, regular reviews with relevant business contacts, notifications and communications to impacted individuals and respond to related queries, performance management, financial regulatory reporting and other regulatory associated processes for the EMEA regionSupporting remuneration governance workflows including for Remuneration Committees and Legal Entity BoardsSupporting clients during annual pay cycles and awards: advising, running reports, preparing analysis to review the planningCooperation in annual compensation benchmarking surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis of results for EMEA regionIdentifying inefficiencies in work processes and proactively providing recommendations for corrective actionParticipating in projectsDealing with day-to-day compensation transactions in Workday

Skills required:

5-6 years of relevant compensation experience, preferred in financial sectorExperience in regulatory area will be an added valueFluency in English is a mustStrong analytical skillsExcellent knowledge of ExcelStrong focus on client service delivery and relationship managementProactive, expected to put forward ideas/suggestions to improve policies, processes and proceduresExcellent time management and organizational skillsGood communication skills, strong team playerFlexible, “can do” attitudeStrong multi-tasker
