Compensation Program Lead - Variable Pay

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Your role:

You will manage and administer the variable pay process for regional and global business areas through consultation with global financial and divisional functions’ You will be the primary point of contact for all variable pay-related inquiries and issue resolution. You will develop and implement internal controls for audits of employee variable pay participation, modeling, and payment. You will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of compensation. You will collaborate with the Americas and Global Compensation teams to implement and help design/communicate global compensation programs to align with business strategy in North America. You will partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities. You will actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels. You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)

Your expertise:

You bring relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States. You have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs. You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude combined with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. You are highly skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Workday, Power BI, and fluent in English.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

Bachelor’s degree or comparable training and knowledge CCP and GRP certifications are preferred Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Willing to travel up to 20%

The pay range for this position is $110,000- $129,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
