Compensation Senior Analyst

The Compensation Senior Analyst assists with and/or leads ongoing compensation system enhancement, reporting, and implementation initiatives to support a wide variety of compensation programs such as base pay, variable pay and other incentives that align with the organization’s total compensation objectives. The role is part of a small team that is fast-moving and is constantly seeking opportunities to enhance our value-add to the business, and capitalize on system and vendor resources to maximize our efficiency and delivery of services. This role has heavy exposure on the systems/technical aspects of successful compensation administration as detailed below. This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US. **_Responsibilities:_** + Develops and prepares reports and analysis on compensation program performance and cost in a variety of areas such as base pay, short- and long- term incentives, budget performance, and market positioning. + Exposure to all key areas of compensation management, including the administration of annual incentive programs, detailed reporting, payroll interface, compliance, minimum wage management, and salary and merit reviews. + Primary relationship manager for compensation support to the businesses, which may involve market pricing and analysis using Payfactors system, job review, classification, and set up, and seeking opportunities to streamline processes, and providing consultation. Frequent powerpoint setup is typical. + Participates in wage and salary surveys, and ensures on-line survey resource is refreshed with current company, job, and other related information. + Performs audits to ensure positions are classified appropriately according to FLSA guidelines, or other audits in accordance with compliance requirements. Provides guidance to HR community on maintaining compliance and ensures required updates are implemented. + Interface with HRIS team; communicates special reporting needs, uploads information to support compensation practices such as salary ranges, and bonus targets. Supports ongoing system enhancement, and provides assistance on upgrades or testing. + Updates compensation tools for use in HR community and by business leaders, such as compensation structures, budget and spending information. + May be involved in acquisition due diligence and financial department requests. + Supports other initiatives as needed within the compensation and total rewards teams. **_Qualifications:_** + Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience, especially as relates to reporting, analysis, and compensation practices + Prior experience in a compensation environment of 2 or more years is preferred, and Human Resources experience supporting a business line directly is a plus + Experience with an on-line market pricing system preferred, as is exposure to Dayforce or other Human Resource management system(s). + Requires strong analytical, HRIS, communication and Excel skills, and strong ability to manage against deadlines, and to maintain schedules for key, visible initiatives + PowerPoint skills preferred **_Why Join Us?_** + Full compensation/benefits package for employees working over 30 hours/week + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holiday pay + Enjoy complex work that makes a difference in the lives of those we serve + Career development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide network Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
