Compensation Specialist
Sage
At Sage, we're empowering our People to achieve more through transformation and innovation in People Services. We're looking for a compensation specialist energized by the opportunity to enhance their skills and eager to contribute to a global transformation while enabling an enhanced self-service model for our colleagues.
Job Purpose: Along with another Compensation Specialist, you will serve as the primary escalation point for all compensation-related queries for UK colleagues (escalated from Tier 1 People Services) and relieve our Compensation Partners from administrative tasks, reporting, and the management of daily complex queries.
Meet Your Team and Manager
You will be part of our People Services Advisory team (Tier 2), specialising in global compensation. We are a centralised team responsible for managing all administrative tasks as well as complex queries related to compensation. You will join a global team dedicated to providing efficient, colleague-focused service, promoting simplicity, new ways of working, and standardisation. Your manager is fully committed to your development, offering flexibility and ensuring a healthy work-life balance, so you have the support needed to succeed in your role.
Why Join Sage?
Become part of a stable, global software (SaaS) company where you’ll find a comprehensive compensation package (£XX,000 + 15% annual bonus + benefits) and an environment that prioritizes your well-being and development. Here, you’ll have the chance to grow your international professional network while working with a diverse People team. We value work-life balance, promoting a culture that respects your time and encourages growth. Our core values—Human, Trustworthy, Bold, and Simple—guide everything we do, ensuring you can do the right thing in a supportive and trusting environment. Plus, Sage is committed to giving back to the community through our Sage Foundation; we offer 5 paid days a year for volunteer work.
