The Competitive Intelligence Manager Role

As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Qlik, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding the competitive landscape of data integration and management. Your expertise will empower teams across sales, marketing, and product development with the intelligence they need to stay ahead. This is a global role where your analysis will shape Qlik’s positioning in a rapidly evolving market.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Conduct in-depth research on competitors, uncovering key insights on their products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.Develop powerful sales enablement materials that help teams position Qlik effectively in competitive scenarios.Perform win/loss analysis to understand what drives customer decisions and refine our approach.Support sales teams with real-time intelligence, helping them navigate customer conversations with confidence.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform messaging, product development, and overall strategy.Monitor market trends and use data-driven insights to shape Qlik’s competitive positioning.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
Strong storytelling and content development skills, including experience creating presentations, reports, and white papers.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, impactful messaging.A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of data management and integration technologies.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a global environment.A background in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales enablement within the data or software industry.Experience in software sales engineering, product management, or data integration technologies like Qlik and Talend is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 USD - $170,000 USD per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
