We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for digging into how things work to lead our growing Competitive Intelligence (CI) efforts. In this very hands-on role, you will create and execute the strategy for how we gather, analyze and apply information about the products and vendors we compete against in our various markets. You will work closely with our front-line field personnel, manage our AI-powered CI tools, and collaborate with our Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Sales Enablement teams to turn the insights you uncover into content and actions that make our products more differentiated and more successful.

Responsibilities include:

Design and implement the strategy for how we gather, analyze and apply competitive intelligence.Become a subject matter expert in the use of competitive products, able to understand and articulate what they do differently, their strengths, and weaknesses.Create competitive profiles, SWOT analyses, and work with technical marketing and product marketing to create battle cards to teach others about the strengths and weaknesses of our competition.Manage our competitive lab, providing access to appropriate groups within the company.Collaborate with product management to help them understand how our offerings compare in the market.

Qualified Candidates should:

Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical roleBe technical – have experience with sophisticated, cloud-based platforms for SSE (CASB/SWG/ZTNA), DSPM, DLP, or other similar security products.Be articulate – have a track record of written communication skills that you can demonstrate Work independently but collaboratively – must enjoy working with a team and be able to both lead and participate in projects
